Working with Product Marketing and Quality to indentify and solve issues.

Support different stakeholders such as Sales and marketing with events,



  • work with Product Management and Quality to identify root cause issues of customer complaints
  • on-site management of customer issues, channel requests and marketing events
  • support sales and marketing teams at national and international events with independent discretion for customer interaction 
  • develop the competency of staff within the distribution network with regard to technology
  • support sales and marketing teams with independent document creation, technical advice and demonstrations
  • maintain up to date knowledge of relevant Topcon Solutions
  • participate and contribute to projects in other specialist areas of Professional Services
  • deliver email and phone support, channel network and internal Topcon teams by assessing issues and resolving them
  • accurately record support inquiries to include: contact information and issue documentation
  • generate pre and post sales content for TotalCare/MyTopcon
  • create and deliver high quality product trainings at Topcon and customer or channel facilities
  • the primary function is to support all stakeholders onsite and over the phone



Education & Experience:

  • higher professional education (HBO)
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • in collecting and handling data sets from a variety of sensors
  • a good working knowledge of relevant software
  • experience in the surveying and/or construction industries

  • Strong working knowledge of CAD
  • Good understanding in electronics
  • resident within Europe and be prepared to travel within Europe for a minimum 25% -75% of the work time
  • active jobsites with heavy machinery
